Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Algoria Ads Manager at https://gam.algoria.digital (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

2. The Service

Algoria Ads Manager is a software platform for managing Google Ads accounts, including reporting, diagnostics, human-approved optimization suggestions, and creation of campaigns (typically created in PAUSED status for review). Features may change over time.

The Service is intended for authorised business users (Algoria staff and invited client users). It is not a consumer social network and is not a fully autonomous ads-bidding robot.

3. Accounts and access

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep credentials confidential.
• Organisation owners/managers are responsible for users they invite and for Google Ads accounts they connect.
• You must only connect Google Ads accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
• We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, security risk, or policy violations.

4. Google Ads API and approvals

Certain actions (e.g. pausing campaigns, budget changes, negative keywords, campaign creation) may call the Google Ads API. Where the Service presents an approval/dry-run flow, you are responsible for reviewing changes before applying them. You remain responsible for the results of changes made in Google Ads accounts you control.

Use of Google services is also subject to Google’s terms and policies, including the Google Ads terms and Google API Terms.

5. AI features

Optional AI features may generate ad copy or report notes. AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. You must review all AI-generated content before publishing or applying it in Google Ads.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service unlawfully or in violation of Google Ads / Google API policies;
• attempt to bypass security, access other customers’ data, or overload the Service;
• upload malware or attempt reverse engineering beyond permitted law;
• use the Service to run unattended harmful or deceptive advertising practices.

7. Fees

If paid plans are enabled, fees will be shown in the Service (e.g. via Stripe). Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. Non-payment may result in suspension of paid features.

8. Intellectual property

The Service (software, branding, UI) is owned by ALGORIA IKE or its licensors. You retain rights to your own content and advertising materials. You grant us a limited licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.

9. Confidentiality

Each party should treat non-public business information obtained through the Service as confidential and use it only for the Service relationship, except where disclosure is required by law.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy of metrics/recommendations, or fitness for a particular advertising outcome. Advertising performance depends on many factors outside our control.

11. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Greek and EU law, ALGORIA IKE is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, lost ad spend efficiency, or data loss) arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for fraud or wilful misconduct).

12. Privacy

Personal data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (liability, IP, confidentiality) will survive termination.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Courts of Athens, Greece shall have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
